Icam Choco Cube courses are back in collaboration with Novacart Group
After the success of last winter, Choco Cube's professional training courses for pastry chefs, chocolatiers and ice cream makers return. Choco Cube is the school inaugurated by Icam to promote the exchange of knowledge on chocolate culture.
During the past session, Novacart supplied materials, making its baking molds available for some of the lessons.
Novacart will continue to support the project also for the new courses scheduled.
